Really into the idea of Astarion being so taken with Tav/Durge before the Act 2 confession scene, but not knowing how to express it outside of sex because that’s all he knows, and for once in his life something that was synonymous with humiliation and entrapment and violence feels so strangely different in a good way, but he wants to try to figure out how else to express it, he just doesn’t know where to start, plus he feels v guilty about the whole manipulative seduction thing and isn’t sure he even deserves to.

#I dunno it’s like my own hc justification for them going from post-party fuck-buddies to an actual pairing #like he for sure caught feels after the first time they hooked up that’s pretty much confirmed if you turn him down the second time he asks #so I think he’s been really struggling with his feelings since then #and possibly for a decent amount of time depending on how soon they hook up #plus as a sa survivor it makes his feelings towards sex feel less black and white - still super complex but not telegraphed as ‘sex bad’#i don’t know if this is hot take territory or not #I just really like the idea of Astarion enjoying sex with tav/durge but wanting to focus on the emotional intimacy that’s completely alien #astarion brainrot
